Conditions of Booking
|
Please read this information carefully. The payment of required deposit(s) or full
payments either for a reservation on any program or any customized itinerary constitutes
consent to all provisions of the terms and general information contained here in.
All prices are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in currency,
fuel or VAT increases. All accommodations, tee-times and other items listed are
subject to availability. The term "packages" refers to any program or customized
itinerary.

Deposits and Payments
|
A non-refundable deposit of $500 per person for each tour is due in order to confirm
space. Final payment is due 90 days prior to departure. Deposit requirements may
vary depending on numbers traveling and/or supplier requirements.

|
|
Proof of Citizenship
|
It is the responsibility of the passenger to procure valid passports and visas (if
required). Failure to meet entry requirements may lead to denied entry to aircraft
or foreign country and no refunds will be made.
|
|
|
|
Car Rental Information
|
Rates quoted are based on one driver. The cost of additional drivers is payable
directly to the car rental agency. Drivers must be over the age of 25 with a current
driving license issued in their state or country of residence without any endorsements.
Drivers must have two years driving experience. Gasoline is not included in the
price of any self-drive tour.

|
Air Transportation
|
Packages that include airfares are based on special negotiated fares, which have
a 30-day advanced purchase requirement. Airport departure taxes are not included
in any price quoted unless indicated. Rates are based on specific classes of service
and subject to availability. Airfares are payable in full at time of booking. Other
restrictions may apply.

Cancellations
|
Cancellations must be sent in writing to:

Cancellation penalties for bookings are as follows:
- Over 90 days prior to departure - $500pp
- 89-31 days prior to departure - 50% of tour price
- 30-16 days prior to departure - 75% of tour price
- 15-0 days prior to departure - No refunds
- No refunds given for unused portions of tour.
Cancellation penalties may vary depending on numbers traveling and/or supplier requirements.

Cancellation, Baggage and Accident Insurance
|
We strongly recommend that you take insurance (Cancellation, Baggage and Accident
Insurance) to cover your investment; In case of forced cancellation, loss or damage
of luggage, personal injury, accident or illness, none of which Destinations Ireland
& Beyond/Destination Golf can be liable for. The Company offers a Trip Protection Insurance Program for you. The cost per person in based on the total price
of your trip.

Late Booking
|
Any booking made 30 days prior to departure are subject to availability of space,
full payment and an additional late booking fee of $50.
|
|
|
|
Changes
|
A $50 administrative fee per modification will be charged for all changes made once you have been sent a confirmed itinerary. A name change or a change of
arrival date after booking has been confirmed to you constitutes a full cancellation
and a new booking and are subject to all cancellation fees. Full cancellation penalties
will apply.

|
Not Included
|
Tours do not include airport departure taxes, carts of caddies unless specified
on vouchers, admission fees to sights unless specified on voucher, items of a personal
nature, excess baggage Charges, laundry, phone calls, meals (except as specified
in itinerary), drinks or any other items not specifically mentioned as being included.

Responsibility
|
Destinations Ireland & Beyond/Destination Golf is not responsible for any personal
injury, property damage or other loss you may suffer or incur on any tour arising
from the acts or failure to act on the part of any Air Carrier, Public Transport
company, Sub Contractor or other person or organization, whether or not such air
carrier, public transport company, hotel car rental company, sub-contractor is rendering
any of the services or accommodation offered or supplied on tour. All tickets coupons
and orders are furnished and issued subject in all respects to the foregoing and
to any other service and accommodation provided thereby are offered or supplied.
Destinations Ireland & Beyond/Destination Golf accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or
changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes.
All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers. Baggage is 'at owners
risk' throughout the tour unless insured. Small articles (coats, cameras, umbrellas
etc.) are entirely in the care of the passengers. The right is reserved to decline
to accept or to return any person as a member of any tour and to cancel or alter
the tour. Airline liability for passenger's baggage is limited by tariffs.
